Im a 63 yr old man and my father fought in the Korean war, he didn't talk much about his experience but one thing he told me and I have never forgotten was China wss the real power behind Korea without them the war would have been over within a year....he never recovered from that experience..he lost his whole tank crew while he went for a pee....had survivor's guilt...he hss passed on now and he was not s liar....Korea was China's war....👍🇬🇧🙏🙏🙏

You've got that wrong! It would have been over in a year without the US getting involved in the South!

The Koren War lasted a little more than three years and ended in an armistice. The Vietnam War lasted more than _20_ years and was finally lost. But history classes in the US talk about the Vietnam War _constantly_ and don’t talk about the Korean War at all. It’s so unfortunate, because in WWII, the US and China were _allies._ The Chinese Civil War was put on hold until WWII ended, then it resumed, communism took over in China and all remaining advocates for democracy in the country were driven to Taiwan. If the communists had _lost_ the Chinese Civil War, China would have been a democratic nation and the Korean War might not even have _happened._

3:11 y'all are aware that that's a picture of the battleship New Jersey right so not only is it the wrong ship it's the wrong class of ship the least you could have done was gotten a picture of an actual destroyer to use
