The manga is heavy on blood and fan service which the anime makes so tame they're barely comparable lol. Ovas at least on the latter are more true to source (as they were not made for main broadcast tv like the regular episodes are)

This is what I was waiting for-Can we just talk about how instead of slapping Jellal or something like that, Erza understood it was a mistake and forgave him, unlike some other anime girls(that or she liked it, or both, but it’s probably bc it was Jellal, since she smacked Natsu away when he grabbed her swimsuit by accident). Also, Fairy Tail OVAs are like weird, hilarious fever dreams, and we love that 👁👄👁 Edit: Also, I’m sure this is cannon, but even if it isn’t, it’s my head cannon

I hate it when people criticize Fairy Tail about the Fan Service and how it exposes female characters just for that. I mean seriously...you've seen how many shirtless muscular guys they have... The female characters are powerful and well made, unlike some other shonen so.

I loved that scene with Flare apologizing to Lucy. She’s my favorite redhead character next to Erza. I love your reaction when Laxus appears with his swim trunks on. At first you were going to be upset when he was not going to be in this OVA episode, but then there he is with Makarov. I wish that Ultear and Meredy were in this OVA, too bad they weren’t, I’m kinda bummed out by it. But it is what it is.

Okay for all the crying about thinking Laxus wouldn't be in this, you should do a cosplay in your next reaction vid! There is a scene in the final season that even references this very thing! I thought you were going to show all the really good parts. I wanted to see Natsu crashing into everyone knocking them into the love love slide. Yes Lily and Carla landed in that awkward pose, but then they were holding each other tight with Lily saying "Surrender your will to me." But yeah for nearly the first 8 and a half minutes you just kept crying about Laxus. Yeah we get it he's an awesome guy. There are even a lot of cool scenes with him in the Fairy Tail Video Game. At least I fan out over the most normal minded person in the entire guild. Granted Laxus is a step up from Cana who lost a drinking contest to Bacchus. Then with her out cold he took her bikini top as a trophy.
