Tip Top Thank you. The difference the tablets have made has shown me that I was clearly lacking that chemical. I think months of stress and overwhelm just slowly wore away at my mind until I just couldn’t see any positives. I’m feeling a million times better though and looking forward to making more videos. X

Fiona A Thank you so much Fiona. I thought I had replied to this but I think I must have started to reply and then got distracted by the kids!! Thank you for your comment, I felt it was important to be honest and let people know that things aren’t always as good on the inside as they may seem on the outside. I think a lot more people are struggling than we realise. I am feeling so much better now though and I also wanted people to know you can get out of the hole you may feel stuck in. Xx

Rhianna Williams Thank you so much Rhianna, that means a lot. I didn’t feel ready to open up about feeling down for quite a long time but I’m feeling so much stronger and I feel it’s important to be honest and share both the highs and the lows. And I think it’s also important for people to know it’s ok to take a step back, I know I needed to. I think too many people only talk about how well things are going, especially in business, but it’s tough and I wanted to be honest about that. I hope you’re keeping safe and well - especially during this current lockdown xx

Aw Lauren so sorry to hear you’ve been having such a tough time. I suffered with PND three years ago when when youngest was born and it was awful waking up every day with the same overwhelming feeling. I’ve been on my meditation 3 years now and honestly it was the best thing I did. Take care be kind to yourself xxxx

It’s nice to be back on KZbin and connected with other mums again. Natasha Bowling Thanks Natasha. I am very lucky to have a good support network and I did go to get help (eventually). I know not everyone has that support system though which is why I wanted to share my story so that if anyone is feeling a similar way then they know they can get help and start to feel better. I am a fairly new subscriber. I did not know that you had been away. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I also take anti depressants. Some people have a negative feeling about them. I say, it is too important for me to feel emotionally balanced to not take them. I finally feel like myself again! Truly wishing you the best.

RW Douglass Thanks so much for your comment (and for subscribing!). I feel the same as you, I just wanted to feel myself again and the tablets have helped that. I had avoided taking them in the past but I knew I needed something to get my out of the hole I was in as I just couldn’t seem to climb out of it, even though there were so many things I should’ve been feeling happy about. The tablets have really helped me get back to the person I was and it goes to show that sometimes your brain just does get low on certain chemicals which help you feel happier, so you sometimes just need to get that back in your system. Hopefully I’ll not need the long term but for now they’ve really helped xx
