Psychological issue is a real thing and not be used by the owners and bearers od this show for their channel's benefit. Rannvijay realised he is not ready mentally but they still continued with the audition and also made fun of him. I know they surely have sobered him backstage and consoled him. But even still, it worsens the issue of mental illness and how the society perceives and deals with it.
