Guy, like many restaurateurs in New York, had challenges during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. He tried negotiating rents with his landlords and he did so successfully. Even so, he is down to four locations.

Imma be 100% honest with you the combination of the generic name with the visual appearance of what appears to be a series of BLT wraps cut into sections and left to rot for a week makes this the single most unappetizing thing I've seen on here The thing is, if you're going to try and occupy a vegan-alternative section of a given established food product, you are going to be compared to the food you're an alternative for. If you put this side by side even the worst gas station sushi, I'd probably still go with the 7/11 special than whatever unappetizing ungodly product this is
