💯 this! KT19 has already earned his trade value and salary, just on his SB57 performance, alone. IMHO, not likely we win that without his contributions. I think they rushed him back from injury too early at the beginning of last season, then KT got in his own head too much and began pressing, leading to mistakes. He's obviously got a well documented past of being high maintenance on the mental and behavioral side. Chiefs knew that when they traded for him. On related note, though, that doesn't exactly make me feel enthusiastic about the possibility of KT's potential to be effective in pass protection for Mahomes. I wish we could just have a younger McKinnon again, or Daryl Williams in his prime. Both were absolutely lethal catching screens out of the backfield.

George K definitely hit him, but he didn’t go 100% by swapping him up and taking him to the ground like he would in a game. George seems to be a gentleman usually so I would chalk this up to him just being amped and wanting g to play his hardest as opposed to him intentionally trying to lag a cheap shot on KT. I could be wrong, but George seems like he would be most guilty of just being over-eager.

GK was not out of line, it was definitely not a super aggressive hit, and had KT tried running upfield rather than juking 10yards sideways INTO the running lane of a persuing defensive lineman he likely would never have put himself in position for a de cleating. TK also was not out of line for the jawing afterward. This is the kind of thing I'd expect and want to see. Most realism you can get for no padded days and teammates standing up for each other without getting physical.

George needed someone to say something. Travis will have a altercation nearly every camp... Although this isn't one in my view. At some point a young DB will bump him too much and Travis will swing on him... its almost clockwork at this point, In the end it doesn't matter as they're all healthy. Kinda the point of camp is to get em back to playing shape and competitiveness. There is gonna be a few ego spikes rampimg up.

Kelce did the right and wrong thing. I'll use two sayings I heard often in the military that I think would apply here: 1. Good initiative, bad judgement 2. Praise in public, reprimand in private Should George have been spoken to? Yes. Did kelce need to shove him and call him out in front of the whole team? I would argue no. There's too many negatives that can come from that, rather than simply pulling george to the side and talking to him to understand why he did it, but also to explain how it's not conducive to team morale and potentially dangerous, causing an injury to a team mate. George may walk away resentful of kelce, and that could upset team cohesion. There's a right way and a wrong way. This way the wrong way. Look back to 1 and 2 if you have questions

He isn't, I agree, but he's got so much potential I want to see that come to life with Mahomes as his QB. His ceiling is of the charts. How dangerous would the Chiefs be if Toney plays to that potential? After the Karloftus hit, he didn't fumble the ball. That was impressive. I disagree with everyone on this. It was nowhere near the deal that Kelce made it out to be. 1. It was a soft hit, and not a cheap shot. Toney has eyes and could see it coming. 2. George was in pursuit, and could have backed off, but sometimes you’re just in football mode. It happens. It didn’t seem personal. And George could have hit him A LOT harder. 3. Toney deserved that after last season lol (this is sarcasm). Kelce wasn’t part of it, it was already handled, he didn’t need to say a word to George. And certainly didn’t need to potentially escalate the issue by shoving Karlaftis. Thank goodness George was the cooler head in this situation.
