One of my favorite involves Landon at st johns. The boys room was a mess and you were making them clean it. You were in the room with Landon discussing it and picking through the mess. He was being so adorable and asked if you were going to help. It endeared me to him because he reminded me of myself when I was that young.

The video that marked me the most, and became my favorite, was Anaveah and Braxton adoption. When she said "I can't wait", in that moment I just wanted to give them the longest and biggest hug in the world, makes me emotional until now... idk how to explain, but made me want to have a family some day and showed me a tiny bit how big is the love of God for us. I think one of my favorite memories was with the alpacas too but when they were older and some of the kids were a bit scared or persay nervous to tend to them. It still makes me chuckle hearing them laugh and scream while just having fun in the yard with the animals. ❤😅 This was a great video!!! Laughed throughout the whole thing. ❤

Truthfully, I LOVED all your holiday videos when the kids were little. I think I started following you in early 2019. In my head that doesn't seem that long ago but in reality the kids were 5 years younger than now and 5 Christmas's/years I have enjoyed with your family! I think one of the memories that I absolutely love was back in St. Johns and I apologize I don't remember all the details but I think that you had made a special area for homeschooling I believe and you had a special meal where your family and Crystals family were all there together and with the music you had put with that as you were panning the room with everyone eating and talking it just struck me as such a sweet moment and a realization "these people are amazing" look at all the lives that they have changed because they chose to step up and step in when they needed them most. Amazing families!! I absolutely love you all!!

There have been a lot of interesting ones but I think my favorite was a pair of birthday specials. From the St. John’s era. The first was Aubrey’s birthday when you all were packed into the Mercedes Van/ Crazy Personnel Carrier (though the video when you surprised the family with the van was also good) and were headed for Bearizona only to have the Van not feel well. The other one was Anaveah’s birthday right after that when you finally made it to Bearizona

One of my fave memories was at a family reunion. Grandpa was teaching us how to fish and I sat down on a log over the creek, and within a minute something grabbed my line and pulled my 7 yr old tiny self right off the log and into the creek. Everyone was staring in shock and worry when I came up & then I just busted up laughing. They couldn't decide what was funnier: my reaction or that a trout was stronger than me. Apparently, something similar had happened when I was 3 yrs old. I was standing in the edge of the lake between my mom and my grandpa, swishing around a fishing net and suddenly went under. Grandpa reached down and pulled me straight up, me still holding the net, and there was a big fish in it. I have no memory of that one but my family loves to tell me about it. Unfortunately, we didn't have video cameras back then.

Although when I was in the states custody and lived at the orphanage I got to spend the day with my favorite staff member while everyone else was at school. I still talk to her all the time.
