Feel you ich bin erst einen Monat in meiner Gastfamilie und hatte heute meinen ersten Schultag aber es war so toll und ich hatte richtig Spaß an der Schule und ich dachte mir heute schon wie sehr ich das vermissen werde

Very good video.....the blessing and the cruse living long term in America. Now that your family is back in your home country, you have settled in and now your thoughts are going back......to the year as a American teenager. Missing the little things(refills and food and the big things, friends and host family). Maybe try to start a jogging group going around your city, or a hiking group for trail walks or running. You found out working out and jogging in the States was a good release, and with other people(Mona and Yufei) is the greatest!! Its good to think back, but do not become depressed. Keep moving forward...hang in there...

I am totally fine, haha. Going back is to see everyone again and do things I used to do, yes. But I am definitely not depressed or dependent about my exchange

hey there, i went to the us this year but i had to go home earlier cause of the virus and i didnt have the opportunity to say goodbye :( im so sad and i think bout america literally everyday! my heart is still there its just my body that is back in europe :/ i miss my friends, my school, track, dance class and almost everything that i had over there

Hi, that's totally okay! Many feel like that. Personally, i wanted to go back for several months, but now its all a memory that I like looking back to, but life goes on! You will experience new different things soon that will help you lose that sadness about your exchange. Im glad you had a good time there and maybe you can visit them soon!
