At this point, I think I'm the only person to get a copy of Pokemon Scarlet that wasn't a glitchy mess, because I never ran into any of the glitches that others post online, experienced noticeable slowdown, or anything of the sort. It's a solid 6 out of 10, which is bogged down only by its low difficulty. The storylines on their own are an 8/10.

13:11 Honestly agreed. The characters and story are easily the best part of the game. But honestly, everything else fell flat for me. The gameplay, Team Star's execution(not that they're not the "take over the world organization" but that you have to stop them in the first place.), The performance issues and massively boring open world that without a map I'd have genuinely no idea where I was, and in my opinion nearly every pokemon that wasn't revealed in a trailer(Minus Bellibolt because i hate it and the paradoxes which I adore.) They all have varying designs from meh to some of the most boring and underwhelming designs ive ever seen come out of a multi-million dollar corporation. (Looking at you Dudunsparce and Flamigo) even the DLC really didn't save the games for me. They were honestly really annoying to me because you had to partner up with Carmine the entire time rather actually interact with Kieran like I really wanted to. Ogerpon is adorable but Terapogos is really really dumb to me. This turtle is really the first pokemon to ever break a masterball? Not Mewtwo, Not Eternatus, Not Rayquaza, not literal pokemon god?! Nope, this dumb crystal turtle. And I say all of this having had high expectations after loving legends arceus to bits! I really hope they turn it around with ZA because it honestly might be their last chance to have an audience if they mess this up.
