brother this is so powerful jazakallahu khair, wish i heard this before.. Such a profound statement " depression is real but you decide if you want to be depressed, you ll be hurt and broken inside of you but if you stop achieving specially as a men, which is what makes you fulfilled as a men, then you ll feel broken more and more " ....this is so true "Progress = happiness " .

One of the best videos watched in 2024 , Don’t know how many times I kept replaying to get down the points subhanallah , those who have struggled with such issues will truly value the gems shared in here .. may Allah swt make all your matters easy for you my brother … I learned the hard way that balance is the key and it’s not the number of hours rather the barakah in those , also getting important things like Quran and workout etc in the morning leaves the day to face whatever comes the way.. Jazakallahu khair ..

Salam Alaikum Sheikh, mashallah great video barakallah feek. Just a little note on the topic of recruitment. When you described the type of recruits you are looking for sounds a lot like you are looking an exact match of yourself which is good but is near impossible to find one let alone many. You are looking for extremely specific individuals with the correct mentality and iman but who at the same time posses extremely specific skillsets. This drastically narrows the pool of talent available to you. What I would suggest is focusing on which of the 2 matters to you the most (the person or the skills they posses) and recruit those types of individuals who at the same time tick some of the boxes on the other side. More often than not it’s easier to hire the right person who possesses the right mentality and develop their skillset. When business reaches a certain level it’s more about developing and managing talent rather than being involved in the day to day tasks. And then it reaches another level where you need develop those very people in talent recruitment and management. Look at all CEO’s in every company. That’s all they do. May Allah continue to bless you for all your work. Ameen.

Akhi Amazing video, i believe once again, every man is on his journey for a higher purpose towards greatness. Allah chooses our journey based on how much our soul can take, and with patience and pushing through the obstacales he uplifts us with the trials in ways we could never think of. These trials are molding you towards something brother. If i could give 2 advices akhi, 1: Do not be so hard on your self brother, because it leaves a mark on your subconscious mind, especially for a man going through his battles while trusting allah, being positive and tricking the mind into looking at things from positive perspective, all while you try to make things better. Being grateful is like gardeding your garden while being at the warzone. 2. At 31 something age akhi, you are wallah an inspiration for so many, and its easy to feel like your alone in this wordly life or with your trials. But your touching lifes, and are an inspiration to all lot of people, so inshallah, i'll come to dubai for business but we could perhaps take a coffe.

Jazak Allah khair Ustadh Muhammad! I just wanted to point to the matter regarding finding it hard to stop focusing on business in order to focus more on seeking knowledge. Do you feel like if, when you started the business at first, and let's say you told yourself that you would want to earn 10k a month and just stop right there, and focus the rest of the time seeking knowledge. Do you think having that limit would've helped you give back more time for knowledge? I assume that once you do hit that limit, you nafs naturally tends to lean towards gaining more and more right. So it can be hard controlling yourself knowing that you are able to do more. I myself think about this a lot. I personally want to also start a business, earn enough to be able to make Hijra In sha Allah. I think to myself that I just want to earn the minimum to support myself and family, and then focus the rest of the time for knowledge? What advice would you give me in this stage, so that I can actually not fall into the trap of wanting more and more wealth. BarakAllahu feek!

I also started thinking I just need 1k-2k a month online to suffice myself but Allah gave me more and I find it hard to not continue to grow as growth is directly attached to making Andalus Institute better for example why wouldn't I want to make something better that hundres of people are testifying that it helps them to get closer to Allah but sometimes it weights out on your shoulders and you just wish to have more time for yourself but some people Allah use them as tools for the Ummah Everyone has a path I guess Allah knows best

@@MuhammadAlAndalusi Yes that's 100% true. Allah uses different people with different skills to serve the Deen in different ways. Allah has blessed some with more knowledge, so they serve the deen through that knowledge. Others are blessed with wealth, so they serve the Deen with their wealth. So I think it is important to ask Allah to grant us the tawfeeq to serve the Deen with whatever best our abilities allow. May Allah bless you ustadh, and reward you for every single piece of vocabulary that your students memorise. Ameen!

The Arabic word zaahid (زاهد) is a male name that means "ascetic" or "pious". It is derived from the Arabic word zahada, which means "to abstain" or "to renounce"

assalaamualaikum , subhanallah at certain stage working from home seems like the best option. work from home, workout at home to save time but at Later stage even 2 hours drive to and back from work and hitting the gym in between seems ok because you get more done, strange but true..

Narrated Al-Miqdam: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Nobody has ever eaten a better meal than that which one has earned by working with one's own hands. The Prophet (ﷺ) of Allah, David used to eat from the earnings of his manual labor." Hani’ ibn Niyar reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked, “What are the best earnings?” The Prophet said, “It is an honest sale or a man’s work with his hands.” May Allah reward the bruddas in the trades, hustling tryna feed the fam. Ameen
