4:43 Woah its 123rd old uniform

The 4:43 in the right side was like that before that this version on the right of 123rd was a middle update of the uniform until then they make a different update like around 2021 & 2022 I believe. They even still cosplay the old uniforms of 2019 & 2020 ones that are still living
