You are right telecom companies here are not doing it but I believe they really can if they want to despite the problem you mentioned that may happen. They can do it for certain people who work in certain organizations. Anyways Nigeria as a country still has a very long way to go.

People that work in banks, telecoms, tech, oil sector and fortune 500, then high ranking government officials. But what percentage of the population are these people? But here, top earners and low income earners alike will be wielding their latest phones, latest cars, buying houses because the gap between the rich and the poor is not that wide.

I can literally walk into my network provider and come out with any phone or tablet of my choice, Samsung Galaxy and all the rest. 😂😂😂😂 I can even call them and get it delivered the very next day.

What happens if you loss you phone or the phone is damaged before repayment?

If you have insurance on the phone you will get a replacement, but you will be investigated first. 😂😂😂

To add to what Nneka wrote, if they cover loss and theft then everybody's phone will start "lossing" 😄 For damage, every fault (minus physical damage such as screen breaking) is covered till the end of the contract. To cover physical damage you will need to pay.

Yes o, very convenient. Been consistently filming with my phones since 2018. Camera is too much work for me. Charge battery, change battery while filming, extra gadget to carry yada yada I don't have time for all that.

Flo, do you use the front or the back camera?

@ijeomai3746 I use both. Using this video to illustrate: wherever you see me in the video, I was using the front. I don't want to play the guessing game of if I'm in the frame or not. I see people saying that the back is sharper but my KZbin channel is not that serious for me to be worrying about that. 😆 As long as my people can see and hear me, I'm good. Roads and anything else was back camera. For my recipes videos, I use the back.

There’s a lot of false equivalency embedded in some of your submissions. You kept saying “for free” and “walk out of the store without paying anything”. You are confusing no upfront payment with “not paying anything”. As you actually ended up contradicting yourself, you will actually pay more at the end than if you had paid cash. Another issue I have with this episode is about misplacement of priorities. I’m sure you’d agree that making installmental payments for phones is the least of what Nigerian needs to focus on right now. These are small things that will easily fall into place once the big things are taken care of. Peace!

Nigeria and African countries would work but the problem is people (the general population) and those in power (who lack national pride) suffer from the spirit of selfishness and greed. Western, some Middle Eastern and certain Asian countries look at developing their country as a whole and more importantly, maintaining infrastructure and services.

Trade in? What's that? 😆 The way they squeeze out every penny from you guys in that USA eh. The S20 is mine, fully paid off and it's with me, that's what I used to film the clip of the new phone. In the early days of smart phones, they were doing trade ins but they would first of all assess the condition of the phone you are trading in before giving you a quote. But this price I bought this at is general, available even to new customers.

Great content as usual. However, I don’t believe that Nigerian is richer than Spain. As per the IMF, Spain GDP is about $1.5 trillion - in contrast to $390 billion for Nigerian. I agree with you that leadership is lacking in Nigerian, but that’s a separate conversation all together.

At ground zero with zero development in both countries, when you count only the natural resources both countries are endowed with, Nigerian is richer than Spain. Do you get it now?

😊 There are exceptions though. While we can start with what we have, viewers of some channels expect a certain quality eg tech channels, beauty channels etc viewers. Also big KZbinrs whose channels are on TV network level of production can't use mobile phones. But for say a channel that is mostly sit-down videos, casual vlogging, all those gadgets are not necessary because phone cameras are getting better these days. For those who care, with good editing, this same footage can be taken further to a whole new level.
