Were you fortunate enough to watch "Up" in a theater? It was the only movie I remember where everyone in the audience - kids, old folks, everyone - cried. Closest thing I remember is "The Color Purple".

@@heyrob-net my sister and I took her kids (they were 5 & 9 at the time). Her and I were sobbing and looked over at her above the kids heads and said, “what kind of freak Disney film is this?!!?” My niece, the 9 yr old says “Auntie, why are you crying??? It’s a cartoon!!!” 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thats the day I lost my trust in Disney.....and I’ve never seen Up again. No lie. Lol my parents came home from it like a week later and my dad was like “what kind of weird adult torture film WASTHAT?!?!?” We all kind of think the same in my family....

Oh, my favorite is watching a movie with a lot of easter eggs and the other person isn't familiar with all the references and can't understand why I react to certain things, I then have to explain how it ties into two other cinematic universes and fifteen seasons of Supernatural while simultaneously referencing an obscure internet show that the lighting director made a one episode appearance in and how his brother worked on Firefly and Serenity and then later worked on Avengers with Joss Whedon and how that relates back to the low budget movie we are watching with a poster in that one scene.

Even if neither of us have seen it before. Living in Georgia. A lot of movies where filmed there. I lived in Cherokee County, Georgia for 13 1/2 years. I lived in the same town as Chandler Riggs.
