My 75 yr old mom drives herself from Nairobi to her upcountry home 5 hrs away nearly every weekend. She's very active and I believe that is what keeps her youthful. May God protect her and continue giving her strength and bless her with long life.

Actually, what Rocio was explaining I think, is that the special order Unga is unbleached, like Kenyan Unga is unbleached. The packaged Unga is bleached. The difference is that unbleached flour is naturally aged, while bleached flour is chemically treated to speed up the process.
