im planning on going to york next fall but honestly, all this constant negativity im hearing about the school online makes me question whether or not it was even a good idea for me to even apply in the first place. it's actually so rare to hear anyone say ANYTHING good about this place fam.

September 17, 2013 A man was arrested in relation to a sexual assault that occurred on September 15 in Scott Library. According to Toronto Police, a 19-year-old woman was sexual assaulted on Sunday at 3 p.m. in Scott Library. Shortly after, the woman alerted York security, who located and held the suspect until police arrived. The suspect has been identified as Henry Kang. He currently faces charges of sexual assault and indecent acts. Joanne Rider of York media says York security was notified of the sexual assault at 4:07 p.m.

I'm a Mechanical engineering major at York. All I can say is that if you want to study at Scott, make sure you get there early in the morning or very late at night, NEVER during the middle of the day.

Tell him to study at steacie Science Library near Lassonde Building or study at business library at Schulich . No problems there

No, people go to York for finance and some hopefully try to get into Schulich.
