This video came at the right time, as I was starting to engage in self-destructive habits again after finally starting to pull out of it. I had a dream last night that started off really bad (I was on the run for committing a crime) but the dream ended with me hugging somebody I loved, I woke up to this video and a text message response from my crush. I'll take both as a sign that this advice was meant for me at this moment and will put it to good use, thanks for keeping me in check with your words of wisdom, universe! That was incredibly helpful, I’ve been in a funk due to the people I surround myself with, and took on a lot of negative energy, which I projected outward, and then ultimately destroyed to an extent inward , vibration all of a sudden, what used to break me makes me stronger person, and people pick up on that, and I bring in positive energy and surround myself for nothing but optimistic, bright light. I learned much of this in psychotherapy & self esteem work BUT, the trick (for me) is to learn or discover how to consistently & frequently MAINTAIN those "high frequency" states or conditions - especially when life gets either too hard or too easy. Turning around early childhood patterns of negative or self destructive thinking/behaving seems like never ending work but it can be done...in my experience. Thank you for this teaching...❤❤❤❤
