How about quick books? Can we use for payroll as well?

You absolutely can. I prefer the Wagepoint stand alone product that can import into QuickBooks Online, but in a lot of cases where you aren't trying to do complicated things with payroll, QuickBooks Online payroll is a good solution. QuickBooks Desktop payroll is also a good robust program.
