Wow to rent out a property we need to inform the SDM. How convernient is that in a country for 1.5 billion people Indian system is so helpful. 🤣🤣. Best thing is always use a local property dealer. These people are experts in getting things done. I interacted with a property dealer in Noida and he had deep reach in local administration. People not paying rent or not vacating the property were made to do so with a mere phone call to sector 20 police station.

Subject- (No rental agreement as tenant has taken the room from the ex-owner of building. I wanna reconstruct the building after his leaving but lodger isn't ready, even after having many properties of his own in nearby other places) I have tenant who was lodger of a room in the building even before my purchase of that building (he was a lodger who had taken a room at rent from the ex owner of my building and even after my ownership of this small/old building he is still holding that room (he is owning 2-3 flats, a building, a bunglow kind of place and similar other assets) Inspite of having many places to live, he is not ready to leave his lodged room of my building. & Since he was lodging that room before I became the owner of this building, I don't have any year contract or so... with him for leaving that rented room. Please help me out 🙏 What should I do .... (He is only one who is there in my building as lodger , as similars along with him had left by taking money...) I want to reconstruct this old building (after getting him leave that rented room)

Hi Sir , namaskar My question is regarding rent of Property . If father died with a will a year ago ,and the will has been challenged in the court by me, What happens to the rent of that property. Who gets the rent untill the will is not executed by court.. Can 1 legal claim over the rent ,or the tenant has ro distribute the rent between both the legal heirs.? Sir? Sir Mera agreement 3 Sal Ka tha Jo 2016 Mein banaa tha aur 2019 Mein expire Kar Gaya but Mera kirayedar Pichhle Sal Se Na to kiraya de raha hai aur na hi dukaan Khali kar raha hai. 2018 aur 2019 mein bhi vah Kai bar rent defaulter Rah chuka hai 3-4 months ka but Humne us time use koi notice Nahin bheja tha use Khali karne ka . Is year vah kiraya bheja tha post ke through Kuchh months ka but Humne accept nahin kiya chuki Agreement expired hai.. fir humne Legal notice bheja 2 month ago usmein Rent ka demand kiye hai but usne kaha ki vah kiraya de raha tha ham hi log accept Nahin kiye abtak rent nhi diya h... last week Eviction Suit file kar diye Court mein on the basis of rent defaulter and personal necessity ..to kya sir vah Rent defaulter proof ho sakta hai (2018 me 3 months and 2019 me 4 months ke basis pe) Ya fir humne Agreement khatm hone ke bad rent na lekar galti kar di?

Hi Sir meri family india punjab main rehti hai ( right now i m out of india) meri wife ne 2 month ago apna ghar rent pe de k khud haryana apni mother k paas chali gaye thi but waha pe meri beti ko school admission nahi mila due to CBSC board ab meri wife ko vapis punjab ana pad raha hai meri family ko ghar ki jaroorat hai but kiraydar khali karne se mana kar raha hai. Hambe 11 month agreement likha tha 50 wale astamp paper pe usme ye bhi likha hai ki agar pehle khali karna ho ya karvana ho 2 month ka notice de kar khal krva sakte hai. Plz mere ko bataye ki mujhe kya karna chahiye bcz court main to bahut years lag jate hai ghar jaldi kaise khali ho sakta hai ? Please help.
