This song affects me in a way not many songs could. “You were born inside your head”. Reminds me of when I really gained consciousness as a person through a very traumatic time. The person I am would be so different. But I think I’m finally healing who I was before. 7 years later.

this sounds like remembering things from a traumatic childhood. the memories are so inconsistent; some days i can remember what happened in perfect detail, and other days i cant remember anything at all. i still remember the exact date of the worst fight ive ever had with my mom. it was july 7th 2023, but i dont remember what we were fighting about. healing from childhood trauma is so fucked because some days i feel like none of it was real and some days i feel too much of it all at once. some days i remember every single thing they did and other days i feel guilty because they were trying their best. i dont even know how im supposed to think anymore
