I gotta throw this out there....because I love you. Don't hate on me for it, respect your elders (possible wisdom), because I am old enough to be your Grandpa. You blew it, Ron !!! You had the perfect chance to eat cheese balls with the Mango Habanero and DIDN'T [even if you didn't have a stowaway biscuit in her purse]. All three of those breweries are awesome, twice a week at each for variety. And for reference, you and Brant visit/fish a lot of my old stompin' grounds, and it is joyous to me because you guys bring back many great memories {I am in Nashville these days}. Second time you blew it in this video, while you were on Anna Maria you should have fished the City Pier just for flounder [although I am not sure it is still there. I swear it is the flounder-catching capital of the universe.....if you fish for them specifically. P.S. When Brant surprised your wife at the door while you were camping on the beach in your tent.......tell your wife she is beautiful without the need for any make-up.... although you will NEVER convince any woman of that. And I mean that respectfully. God bless all of you. Love seeing Landon cooking too, honestly.

Hey Ron! This is the second place you guys have hit that I have spent time at in Florida! Never knew about the brewery scene down there but will definitely check that out. Next time you are down in Bradenton area, stop and see my friends at Reel Cortez! The run fishing charters, rent boats and such, but the real gem is after a successful day of fishing, you can take you catch over to the Seafood shack and they will cook it up for ya! Its a great little place that we have hit several times over the years on our trips down from Canada!

I lived in Bradenton from 2004-2016 and then from 2018 until August 2021. Got tired of the heat, traffic and outrageous COL so I moved up to Greenville SC this past summer. Much prefer the mountains, mild climate and the food culture to that of Bradenton. It is too crowded down there now compared to the quiet town it was when I was a kid. I sure do miss all the breweries and the sugar sand beaches though!

Though not so eloquently stated, I understand his frustration in how Bradenton is feeling the growing pains of our expanding popularity. My initial reaction to this video was to post up that we're full and to encourage people to not move here. Property values are pricing out the locals and replacing them with people from the blue states who are moving here to enjoy the freedoms ensured by a functional government. This was a fun video and there are so many more things to do while in the area. Lakewood Ranch and Anna Maria Island are some great places to explore as well as the city itself. Just understand that when someone does come here, Bradenton is feeling the strain of everyone filling up the roads and buying up all the land. People may not be as friendly as one hopes such a paradise would be.
