Given your schedule, I suppose it would be difficult for you, but you can blog about details about some important topics like documentation before and after coming to US etc. Though videos are explanatory, a good documentation will help if you can manage. In videos you may skip a detail which you find to be trivial but it can be an important link between 2 steps. You can add and edit these in your blog.
