Hey sissy, A lil tip ,you dont need to use toothpaste for brushing after each meal. Just brush your teeth with plain tooth brush.❤❤Hope this helps.

You dont need to use toothpaste for each food. Just do plain brushing. It will reduce irritation feel in your tongue / mouth.

True be careful Mona.. I’m a living example after braces face changed like Kona vai I highly recommend to intimate dentist about your slight deviation . Please don’t skip for the reason that full set of aligners may need change. Later it will become astakonal I’m living example I completed full course but at last ended up cross bite and mild prognathism
