New construction home near Prosper, two plus years. So far no pest problem. I apply a once a year termite treatment. I spot treat ants as needed - prefer to minimize use of chemicals - very effective. No mice. I do get toads in the yard, but I like them! Occasional spider, not a problem. I’m from New Jersey, looking forward to the summer - love Texas summer - Love Texas! Note: I’m boycotting Buc-ee’s until they remove the no trespassing order against Wrinkles the Duck 🦆
