Yes if you and the person, you want to share the room with are in the same dorm then you can inform the receptionist when u r being allotted a room and they will make it happen…

the admissions are mostly closed for this year. but you could make sure by mailing the university's admissions office. cos as far as i know admissions ended back in the end of august

Am really sorry but there was a mistake in my reply… i actually wanted you to mail the university’s office! The university’s abroad (especially here in russia) open in September so they aptly start admissions earlier. We being the international applicants should know about dates, cos it’s not just people from India applying.
