U still are FORCED TO Change Job Becoz: 1, U only unlock the basic features of 3rd Job Growth as 2-2 Job, such as: ATK/DEF/Elemental Dmg Etc, but u cannot gain access to Constellation Stone(Or totem in other video u saw? See the upper right there is a "+" but he cant active). Such as: 3rd Job Skill deal 20% more dmg, More OP Passive Growth that fit 3rd job. Also, Hexagon Puzzle(Or Matrix thing in other video u saw), 3rd Job OP Passive: such as : Dmg to target with 80%HP or lower +100% Without those Core Passive Growth, I will call that as: U didnt gain access to the REAL 3rd Job Growth System as 2-2 Job 2. The Constellation Stone(Or totem in another video u saw?, is time-gated, u need feed mats to it daily to level up, reach lv60 to unlock full potential. (This cannot gain access as 2-2 Job) 3. 3rd Job is 200% or 300% more powerful than 2-2 job, reason is explain above. The OP Growth Passive that 3rd job can unlock only.
