If you are worried about your enchiladas getting soggy, try using corn tortillas instead of flour. It takes a little extra prep because you have soften them in hot oil before you can use them, but it's definitely worth it!

As someone already mentioned, some of us have a condition where certain sounds viscerally bother us (chewing, biting nails, etc). I’m unable to ignore my response to these noises, so I end up skipping forward in the videos to avoid. It’s up to you all to decide to include or not, just want you to be aware that if a comment is made about this in good faith, there is a reason for it.
