These teachings are deep. I'm learning a lot. so buying food from outside- fast food etc, eating out in restaurants is not a good thing as we are sharing the karma of those who cooked the food. now I understand why spiritualist don't eat from outside.

I totally agree with the part that deals with having sex with people. I personally experienced this when I decided to stay away from sex. I stayed chaste for a whole year and I couldn't believe the wonderful things I was able to achieve in just a year. As for the food matter, hmm now what will I do with my obsession with zongo waakye. 😅❤
