Ive never been to PGH and just recently we’ve been visiting it on a regular basis bec a family member became a patient there. And now I appreciate more the students of UPCM. Their med students. They are so visible in PGH. And glad to see the interns working as hard as the other staff. One time we witnessed a very Grays Anatomy incident 😅. The interns following the resident and a consultant. And the interns were being asked about a case. And they were all like very confident when they answer. And I also see clerks (those still in uniform) interviewing patients with their laptops.

Guys I'm an international student and I'm willing to study medicine in Philippines, so what course do you suggest to study at the pre-medicine period?
@xieloyagami11 ай бұрын
personally, best choice would be the nursing course since they’re more equipped with hands on/ textbook-to-application experience

From what i heard medtech is the go to course. They held high forte especially in subjects in 3rd to 4th year but honestly, it doesn't matter what your premed is, there will subjects some might have a bit of the upper hand but that depends on the individual themselves.

Nursing = more exposure to patients and hospital Medtech = you instantly understand their lab results Physical therapy = high forte in physiology, anatomy and sports Rad tech = forte in x rays and other axillary ax Psych = patient rapport and exposure So far thats what i know or heard from friends who are in those courses

Hi! What is the best month to apply for medical school in the Philippines? I'm kinda unaware when does S.Y starts in most of the medical school in the Philippines.
@babayega5783 Жыл бұрын
every med school has different application period regardless of when their S.Y. starts. better visit the official pages of your preferred med schools so that you can prepare months ahead as some requirements for application may not be acquired easily.
