I've been a believer for 40 years and I've learnt you can't trust God because he hates us! We are not allowed to have friends or family, We are not allowed to have relationships. basically we are not allowed to have anything. If you don't believe me pray!

You have believed in Someone (including prayer) for 40 years yet do not trust that Someone because that Someone hates you (because you pray)? I do not apologize for being gruff dilligaff but if you read and then re-read that line does it occur to you how ridiculous that sounds? God does not intervene with your friends or family or relationships. He just does not. He actually loves all of us so much that He gave to us free will. That means that you yourself make or break a friendship, family or relationship all on your own. To blame anyone, especially God for the situation you are in is quite the easy way out. But do you have the courage to stop this nonsense right now? Is your character of itself able to withstand some deep and maybe harsh criticism from inside your heart to try and get you on the right road again? My suggestion is for you to find some much needed time and a prayer closet and lock the door behind you. Now, do not pray one word. Instead, start talking in a calm and normal voice to God like He is your Father, your Friend or your Family, because that is some of the things He is to us all. Hope to see you on these sites somewhere again to check in. You are loved by the One who counts my friend.
