Hey girl, you already know I have anxiety from our collab, but i was also diagnosed with a depression in 2017. Sometimes anxiety can become so overwhelming and persistent that it kind of becomes depression. Or makes us depressed because we’re always anxious. If you haven’t already, check out Kati Morton on KZbin. She’s a counselor and does all kinds of mental health videos!
