Having not cruised until this September, I can't comment on that, but if they are anything like our local buffet, I'll pass.

@dan36882 They are for the most part clean but we wish the crew would just serve the food. Princess cruise line is always great but carnival buffet not so much. Have a great cruise in September. 🛳️

I've been cruising for years and have never heard of this. We take pizza, dessert, etc, to have on our balcony. Never an issue. We have even gone to the MDR to get a dessert to take back to our room.

That’s what we said. We’ve never seen them crack down on anyone or stop them but we read this and didn’t believe it ourselves. Keep enjoying your buffet food wherever you choose to eat it is what we say! 😊 thank you for sharing your comment with us. Happy Cruising!🛳️

On Disney we took plates from those pizza / burger places but not the buffet.

@@tjfun71 no worries at all. I did one cruise and you are cruisin' pros meeting lots of people! :). I'm about to be a hip replacement pro. Just had one replaced and at my check up we decided should get the other one replaced this fall. 2024 is surgery year for me haha 2025 I should be in good shape. Gotta stay positive!
