hi i followed exactly all your steps, but , thingworx is false in tomcat status , if i start it below error coming FAIL - Application at context path [/Thingworx] could not be started.

Seems that you have a 32 bit version of Tomcat (note how the path is x86). Please uninstall your tomcat, download a 64 bit version, and install from there.

I have to upgrade Thingworx 9.0 to 9.3 I am having error running update_postgres.ps1 Execution of SQL failed:thingworx-update-copy-permission-9.1-to-9.2.sql syntax error at end unlogged

Thanks! it help me out, I followed your tutorial and still got the error 500 when launching the composer but then i realised i forgot to change the initialPasword in the platform-settings.json file to a pasword longer than 14 characters and after that it worked

which version of apache tomcat you are using? Try Apache Tomcat 9.0
