It world of tanks blitz its still pretty good it has the most accurate gun and fastest aim time in the game and fastest shell velocity and 2nd highest DPM for a tier 10 medium at 3300 DPM only slightly behind the leopard 1

Wish I unlocked the Obj 140 all those years ago, especially since it’s recent buff. That said, the 62a hull down is BEAST, even more so when the small cupola is hidden, it’s unstoppable. Great sniper too!!

7:50 oh if QB only knew 😂 For those of you wondering wtf I'm talking about, no you don't have to be good to have a chieftain. You don't even need to be in a top clan.. You just needed a stupid amount of bonds (50k - 70k) or paid someone to play for you during chieftain available campaigns

im pretty sure next time Chieftain is available in CW as a reward, it will be closer 100k bonds. The last CW tanks weren't really worth spending bonds on, so people have saved up a lot of bonds for when the Chieftain comes again

Got to crawl all over one of these back in the day while going thru the Armor Advanced Course at Ft., Knox. I am a short guy which helps working in Armor but the drivers seat was cramped for me with two laterals to steer and a manual transmission that had to be a goat rope to use when going around curves and needing to catch a gear. Don't know about you guys, but my Dad and I actually REALLY enjoy the T-62A. Such a nice low profile, good turret armor, and AMAZING gun accuracy all while having a fully traversable turret. Saw that they've made it into a collector's vehicle.

They just buff the t62 in console. Engine power buff, max speed to 58 and now it has 6° of gun dépression.

@@Jules-kp7rw even with 340 Penn it still is hard to cause damage to Maus if you really know how to angle it. Turret is basically impenetrable when angled in the right way. I still don’t k know that way of angling it tho

T-62A was a prototype that still used the 100mm gun, the 115mm was for production T-62. But yeah, if they went with the regular T-62 I don't think it would be OP.

Great video, you were very lucky the enemy didn't send a fast scout to the island in the 1st game, they would have caught you crossing over the water. There's that nice bush they love to use between F/G and 1/2. That happens to me quite a bit when my tank is too slow to take the hill, and I see the flank is undefended. Even when I hug the back wall it's quite dangerous, it was fortunate all of their LT went hill allowing you the opportunity to flank. Likewise the 2nd game the enemy completely ignored city allowing you to stop pushing and consolidate your hold in the middle. Pretty much atypical games from the norm.

Just finished to grind my chi-ri, and what you say is really the thing that matters when playing definitly underperforming tank: appart from really top tier matchup, you can't play the chi-ri outside of a support role, is really too weak. I actually quite enjoyed it in the end, as the gun is really unique at least

The real T-62 had a 115mm gun, and I think that is largely all that is needed for this tank. Imagine it with the same gun handling it has now, but with a Leopard 1 style gun with 400+alpha and similar accuracy. The Soviet sniper. Maybe even a little armor buff with some spaced armor on the hull to mimic modern reactive armor. I thought it was always fun back in the day, a tank I enjoyed more than the 140. It just needs a few minor tweaks to be really competitive again

yeah that's what I've been protest into them not realizing that T-62 never ever use 100mm what so ever in their service they implied an A variant that never got enter in production nor service if I remember correctly T-62 with a 115mm is more capable to pen any other NATO tanks at the time in 60s it's accurate and reliable even though it was the first introduction of smoothbore cannon that leads other countries use smoothbore as well. Then this WG suddenly put Obj-430U in game without realizing that T-62 would left behind in the game, and I was disappointed that they ignore this tanks history.

@@yuvensiuslie3798 that doesn't mean they need to establish a new kinetic or sub caliber rounds what I'm trying to improve here is to rework T-62 in WG, have you ever thought that L7A1 105 mm can fire APDS as well as 120mm on chieftain and Conquer, what I'm pointing here is to change the Gun since they releases Obj-430U in the beginning they knew that this tank would become favorable to them and they don't need exactly change the shell as well since T-62 can Fire APCR rounds as HEAT regular in there service in 60s.

I knocked the dust off my t62a a few weeks ago after at least a year, it's fun because the meta players aren't used to dealing with the old beast, I was able to dominate several meta medium tanks (I'm barely an average player) so much fun.

Its kinda interesting to see how the worst performing tanks on wot pc are the best on wot blitz, the t62A is one of the best t10 mediums currently, the Obj263 is one of the strongest Tier 10 tds (and for what i know, its tier 9 on wot pc) oh and also the fact that some premiums tanks are tech tree tanks on wot blitz. Like the FV215B, t10 tech tree heavy tank on wotB. Fv215b 183, tier 10 tech tree TD, while the badger is a collector tank.

For me t62a is better than 140. Better turret and I have almost 100% hit ratio on the move with t62a. I don't know why but it almost never miss when moving even on huge distances, like we've seen in second replay.
