I can’t believe that this popped up on my feed about two months ago. I started doing the same thing. I had my thyroid taken out and was put on so many different medication‘s developing so many new medical problems until I thought to myself I need to take control Away from the doctors surgeons. I am amazed at how simple it was to retake control of my health
