49:45 I do not know if this may be of use but, the reason why those words are touching is because generally people go through life, and as we have adverse experiences, people sometimes internalize them. That means bad experiences become a function of our own ego. For example, if I failed an exam and that was an emotionally significant experience, my ego will develop in an unhealthy way and say "I am a failure." The healthier way of thinking would be: I am a failure >> I made a mistake and I need to study more. So why is this important its because what pi Mai is actually doing is using a psychology technique called cognitive reframing. "I'm a person that overthinks", and "I'm just thinking about the future" are 2 similar statements but very different psychologically. As we separate our personal identity from an experience, we can recognise the external world as just the external world. If someone thinks we are not pretty, that comes from the external world, its just their opinion and we don't internalize that because we don't recognize it as real.
