Bhai waha pe "not exceeding 24%" likha hai, which means rate shall not exceed 24% but current applicable rate is 18% even in case of wrong availment of ITC

If a taxpayer has filed his GSTR 1 and 3B . Is it sufficient to assume that tax has been paid?

Gstr 3B cannot be filed without making payment

@@Ishika2532 Yes I know ideally it should not be filed without paying tax but if person is deposits his all taxes by utilising ITC only and his supplier has also deposited all taxes by utilising ITC and no tax is paid in cash . In such situations it's not confirmed whether tax is actually paid or its just a billing game .
