It doesn't have ECC memory. And what's the application where it doesn't matter which core, E or P, execuetes request? For what application would you use it?

It always matters which core is being used and P-cores are way faster. If you have server with many things running (PHP, Nginx, MySQL etc.) then these additional E-cores can process things that aren't that important for responsiveness of server and then more of P-core power will be available to use for important tasks. So P-cores are very fast and because E-cores can offload some work from them it makes these P-cores even more fast, as less processes will fight for P-cores. CPU scheduler in operating system needs to work very hard to assign jobs correctly of course, because if it assigns important job to E-cores then performance is not that impressive (and thats why AX41 with older Ryzen can match performance of EX44 in some tasks). It will get better and better with newer kernels. Now AMD is trying to mix Zen4 + Zen4c cores (Zen4c cores have lower frequency, so lower performance) so wrong scheduling shouldn't be an issue for long time. Possibly in this year with Ubuntu 24.04 and Linux 6.6 it will be close to perfect, but I will benchmark it when its released :)
