@@lavellen9102 it's called daisy and it's an app designed to help creative people get together. Like if you want to make an indie film but you don't have all the skills you need in your circle, you can go on the app and find people who are maybe budding camera operators or editors or set designers or costume designers for collaboration, it's a good idea actually, surprised that none already exists.

@GreyDoofus885 жыл бұрын
I do agree with Loyle. There are certain songs that do become engraved into your mind when you're a kid. For me it was songs that were currently in the charts when I was like three or four, I used to dance like a lunatic. Yet as I got slightly older my taste in music started to vary. I remember those times when my parents, my sister and I used to go to the Brecon Beacons on a Sunday, and before my dad went to the pub, he would either put on Led Zeppelin, Queen, Yes or Deep Purple on the CD player. At the time I didn't give much thought into that sort of music, but now when I listen to them again especially *Close to the Edge* by Yes, I'm like 'this song is really incredible'. I still listen to that sort of music to this day, but my taste is even more varied, mostly thanks to my sister. I'm listening to bands like Rammstein, who have recently released two new music videos *Deustchland* and *Radio*. I also used to listen to t.A.T.u as well, during my teenage years, and on occasion I still do. But then I start to go well off track by listening to classical composers such as Beethoven or Schubert. Either that or I just listen to bands like A Perfect Circle who write songs that generically question one's own purpose and beliefs. Again my sister pretty much introduced me to that band. Just to clarify my sister is not a musician herself, she is a psychology student in the University of Cardiff. She is hoping to move on to do her master's degree in September of this year. However she used to play the cello in her school years, and even did photography in college as well. Still whatever path she chooses to take in life, I'll still be proud of her. As for me, I wish to break into stand up comedy. My initial impulsive thought was how hard can it be? However it's been rather difficult. For one thing, my old man hasn't been very supportive of the idea, plus he criticises the way I tell jokes. I find myself being rather downhearted, I look to him and others as a source of encouragement in what I want to do with my life. I can't find that courage within myself to do these things, all I keep finding is just fear, desperation, questions and doubts. I just end up beating myself up emotionally and mentally.

My girlfriend and I are still wraping our heads around naming our babygirl (due in july) Arya. Since both of us are not really tall and she probably won't be aswell we think it is espacially fitting. Also it might be nice if somebody makes fun or her height - she remembers the strong character which she is named after. Now I'm thinking Maisie would be really cool as well and i'd like to think equally strong :-) But since it is a little bit cheesy to Name your child after an actor or even a fictional character…
