The the relevancy of affiliate integration to any channel
@HolisticAlzheimersPreven-dd7sq5 ай бұрын
I am a VRA member and am happy about that. Seriously, I am. This is not a slam. This is just a math dilemma. The initial math has me discouraged. Per Sean, there are 200 million content creators earning money on KZbin. He follows that up with the Goldman Sachs article that says the creator economy will be worth 1/2 trillion by 2027. 1/2 trillion = 500 billion. When you divvy up 500 billion between the 200 million content creators, that equals $2500 per person ANNUALLY. Ummmmm......that's peanuts. Did I misunderstand something?
@walfredspitia5 ай бұрын
Why you talked about Amazon isn’t this KZbin?
@s.h.68583 ай бұрын
@@HolisticAlzheimersPreven-dd7sqI think the math is incorrect. That money will not be divvied up equally. Ever. A bad content creator might make $100 a year. A decent newbie might start at $100 a month. A prolific newby might get that $100 per week. Someone near to giving up their day job might be making $100 per day. Someone who had made this their career probably is making double or triple that. Also, people's needs and desires from creator income vary. Someone making that $100 week might think that's grand, that's paying for my car, and not push for more. Someone making $100 a day might be thinking "$3,000" a month isn't enough to cover mortgage and utilities, or need to push harder." Your math assumes a a one-size-fits-all equality-of-outcomes that just doesn't apply to real life.

Thank you for this podcast. The predictions by Goldman Sachs for the next 3yrs actually have been spoken about since end of last year. I started making videos for our church summons and am now gone into podcasts and have been researching how to improve production and develop my skills. Im a keen follower of you and have been learning lots from your tutorials on editing with Resolve, how to use simple tools I have to get started. I also loved that video with Jordan Harbinger "Interview people like a Pro.. :-) I'm in full time work as a Telecoms Engineer but I love content creating and it's now going to become my side hassle. Your tutorials have improve immensely and put me in a much better position to take that first step to set up my content channel. I'll definitely jump on to your paid online programmes and see you there. Thank you for not giving up 14yrs ago. :-). Content creation is like an Ocean. No matter how many ships or vessels are on the water, there is always enough space for each to take off and get to it's destination... :-) True inspiration to many & its never too late to start something new and live purposefully.

This stuff really works. I earn about 10k per month on Amazon affiliate links. I do outdoor related content which means I have a million products I can review and link to. Plus, my KZbin channel is nothing but shorts. It's growing at a crazy rate in the last two weeks.

6 hours of sleep in the last 3 days, when I started researching with the intent to start my own Channel. A thoughtful and informative video breakdown on how the monetization, plus another on the algorithm was the "Free Puppy in the Van" moment for me. As I am currently in the SEO research phase, I quickly uploaded 5 videos 5 shorts to learn more about editing after being posted. This is going to be a nice stepping stone to compliment to my non-profit, art that is created, and X spaces I host as my focus is on peer support for mental well-being. Learn more in my Bio.

I'm 80% into it now really looking for a reason to look for a different video but it's packed with information I just usually swipe away towards the end yet I'm here in the comments 😂 how is this video so good 😊❣️ these are my thoughts and I already answered my own questions good content is worth the time spent to get it. I just had to trim my 10th video for being too long 😭. Maybe that's why I am like I've been watching this whole video but I guess my channel is too new for a longer video 😔 didn't even know haven't heard anything about length of video as a new KZbin channel where can I find that video

The ever so slight snag with this seemingly perfect solution/strategy is that the average creator can not afford to buy, for example, 3 - 6 cameras or sewing machines to review and test for 3, 6 and 12 months. And even if they could, that's going to take some considerable time to claw it back through affiliate links. Already wealthy, big channels, however, CAN, of course, do this very easily and far more efficiently than you, the average, content creator! So, you're going to be waaaaaaaaay at the back of the queue for Jeff Bezos writing cheques to. And then these big channels make even more money creating one of KZbin's juiciest niches - wealth creation (a niche that only the big, wealthy channels can, of course, make! ) - showing ' you' how to do it.
