The scratches and breaking of the rooms was done by El Goblino, which is a Spanish word for The Goblin, According to Spanish culture, Goblins like to hide behind the walls and shake the rooms to scare anyone who enters there, that's what exactly happens in doors, we hear shaking and like knocking of someone through the walls or doors. So it's possibly El Goblino doing these

the tablet at A-1000 messes with the lore of doors, Not only that, the computers in the A-000 rooms. Because if you think the entrance of the hotel (lobby) is at the end of door A-1000 (where the tablet is located) that would mean that the entrance and exit(s) are there as a way to travel through time in doors. Now that kind of makes sense, but in reality, you shouldn't be able to open a door into another timeline.

There’s another theory that Curious Light (the yellow light when you die in the Rooms) is actually Lucifer. Matpat explains that in more detail in their latest Doors theory video.

8:38 he already updated this thing on the updated version, he mentions he thinks el goblino did it. If you talk to el goblino he sometimes will say "I like to scratch walls and knock on walls to scare off visitors” which probably explains those weird knocking and scratching sounds we here sometimes therefore, matpat thinks el goblino did it edit: pls react to the new version

I have a doors challenge idea. So, for every entity you see first, you have to die on it. After you have died from it once, you can survive it the next round. Let’s say rush was the first entity, you have to die from rush. The next round you can survive rush but the next entity you see (say eyes) you have to die from eyes. For screech, you have to let him take away your health.

The scratches on the walls are from El Goblino and he gives you a message saying I Luke to scar the crap out of people knocking on the walls and that’s the knocking on the walls you hear in the game. Also he has claws.

It might have been dupe who scratched the walls since in the thumbnail of the game dupe is holding the door with claws and also, in door 50 if you look on the left when the intro ends, guiding light pushed the lamp for figure not to kill us.

The scratches would probably be figure or dupe. If you look at the picture of dupe from the update, you can see black hands and dupes there so it can be possibly dupe or figure.

A theory I have is that the claw scratchs in some of the rooms is From El Goblino as he's the only entitie with claws that we know of. However I don't know about the holes in the walls

Doors does need some new entities. so what could have happened is multiple people that took treatment in the infirmary were transformed into monsters by chemicals in the treatments and then ran to floor 2 but on the way lashed out and destroyed stuff.

I have a doors challenge for you think! The uncommon sense challenge ( Self thought of): You can only do complicated things to beat entities and are not allowed to do the basic counter that guiding light tells you! So be creative. Set of Rules: No hiding from rush in a CLOSET, No hiding from ambush more than once per hiding spot, no looking at screech, no looking down when eyes, no turning around with your character at halt, no looking both ways at seek, no crouching at figure (also no hiding from it), no counting doors for dupe, and please make this challenge a video. Have fun!! (items are allowed)

The game theory video seemed outdated when this was recorded because the devs decided to update the game not too long after this video was released. It was perfect, though, since they did get a painting in the game showing the GTLive background in their gameplay videos. You should definitely react to Part 2, though! It covers pretty much everything from the update as well.
