It’s actually kinda funny since we have both a Jester and a Queen character in this game, and jesters used to perform for a court or king/queen back in the medieval ages. So, the Jester might be seen around Queen Bouncelia’s area.

My theory is that Jester worked for Queen Bouncillia for the reasons you mentioned. But on that whiteboard it said "nothing is funny enough..." with a picture of the jester, implying that the Queen is not often pleased with the Jester. I think the Jester after such a long time grew tired of this and decided that he didn't want to be ruled by an ungrateful queen. So the jester captured all her "subjects" (The garten of Banban family) and brought them to her threatening to kill them if the queen didn't hand the throne over to him. He has the size to do it since he appears to be at the very least slightly smaller than Jumbo Josh. The jester knew the Queen would hand over the throne if he made this threat since you aren't a queen if you don't have any civilians to rule. Then, in the Jester's plan, he'll have the Queen executed giving him absolute power. He intentionally left Sheriff Toadster last to be caught since he knew he was the one we were least likely to trust; we haven't met him yet, many of us accuse him of locking up the family, he has a huge creepy smile and in that chart from the earlier chapter he was in the same category as Nabnab, who acts like an animal. The Jester knew that the Sheriff would be a sitting duck since he is much larger than him and has no allies to come to. Only there was one problem with the Jester's plan: we ended up trusting Sheriff Toadster, as we can see from the trailer. Although it's just a theory.

The jester will probably play a kind of "snitch" role due to jesters entertaining royal figures in real life, and seeing that we saw stinger flynn and Jumbo josh locked up, after we saw the jester watching the afternath of the fight in the teaser 2 trailer, also something to note was the sticky with the jester's face on it may confirm this even further as "nothing is ever funny enough" for Bouncella. But then again, thats just my theory.

Usually it’s 2 weeks after the trailer that the game comes out, so i feel like it’ll be in August. They like to release things in the first few days of a month, so that also leads to August. Feb 18th: BanBan 2 trailer comes out, March 3rd: BanBan 2 releases. April 21st: BanBan 3 trailer releases, May 5th: BanBan 3 comes out. BanBan 2: 13 days, BanBan 3: 15 days, BanBan 4: 17 days?
