Yes,spiders are very sensitive to colors/lights that are in the green spectrum and green light scares off its prey so it will leave and or run away

8:02 I don't think those marks on Banbalina, but instead teeth marks from Silent Steve. It would only make sense because there aren't any guns in Garten Of Banban (yet 🤭) and at a point, you can see Silent Steve's fangs and how they match up with the marks. Amazing video btw!!

Fun fact:the hand that killed slow seline is actually zolpheius because the hand is bigger than jumbo joshes hands so that makes zolpheius friendly, and here are the monsters in tiers: Bad:balbaleena,nabnab,slow Seline,stinger flynn,jumbo josh,opila bird Good:sheriff toadster,zolpheius,banban(even tho he’s the one who started it all)

My theory is that the creatures are afraid of the green light as it is the givinaium substance that they were created with and also slow sleine says "They promised me something that didn't hurt" Or along those lines which means the tests could have made that substance sensitive to the skin or eye as it could be acid to them or something thanks for reading!

Banbaleena actually didn't get shot. Silent Steve is a snake. He has 2 really large teeth in the front, it's a big coincidence that she had two marks on her neck right next to each other. So what I think happened is a silent Steve actually bit her and sucked the blood from her then killing her
