Tanong ko lang, ano needed para magamit sya sa zwift? Unit lang ba, or do we need a speed sensor + ant transmitter pa?

do you think that the resistance offered is enough for time trial workouts ? like maintain 35-40kph like you do on a flat road.I am wondering since it has 5% fixed resistance that you are exerting more effort say in a 50/13 gear than you normally do in real life vs power trainer.

Yes, you can reach 400+ watts with 50/13 and that equates to more than 45kph on the flat routes in zwift

You can also check how much watts you generate to maintain 40kph in your real world route. Then you can replicate it in this trainer, to train to maintain that power in your time trial workout. You can generate up to 1200 watts in this trainer with your road bike. So any workouts like time trial, v02 max, over & unders can be done
