@@breininger Experience I suppose. It seems Thinktool customer service will not help if you have problems and updates will ruin the tool.

@@r.weaver3769 I misunderstood you. I don't know why you have such experience. There is a difference where the device is bought. We give good support, especially if something has been worsened by updates, we help to fix the problem

@@breininger I understand, but, I was referring to Thinktool customer support itself. They don't read your complaints, they instead offer solutions that have zero to do with your complaint. Topdon is way better, in that respect despite updates costing more. But my next tool I will keep offline so no chance of updates messing with a good thing. I loved my Thinktool before the update, now it is less convenient than before and no way to revert back.
