I've been looking for a "vitality program" and I think I found it. You offer individual interaction, talking to me as if we are next to each other. A calming pace and clear instructions and information, "who, what, when, where, and why". I look forward to following and learning with you.

I felt a coolness within my breathing that I could feel travel throughout my whole body, I could feel the lessened aches I had in my body after laying down watching a workshop for so long, I could feel depths of energy especially around my heart buzzing as if a generator was turned & tuned , I feel such a deep presence of being here as I am right now with gratitude of such peace ✌🏽. All that was gifted to me throughout this beautiful treasure of healing, thank you so much for sharing this for it is truly life changing for me 🎉❤😊

I am a Christian and i love your videos Jeff , i see nothing wrong in the philosophy behind Qigong , it makes sense and i have a playlist full of your videos , they help me tune into my body and i love the fuzzy tingling feeling i get in my hands. Thank you and God bless from the UK. 🙏🏻🤍

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my Doctor has recommended this for me or Tai Chi. I’m not very coordinated but you explained it very well and it was very easy. I definitely will be doing this daily. Thank you!

Thank you Jeff. I enjoy your routines. However, my feet often begin hurting when I do qigong, due to not moving the feet much during certain types of routines. I find I have to shake or move around more to alleviate the pain/tension. Am I doing something wrong?
