Third Attempt follows up the hazy hues of his last release Blessed with his latest song, the summer-soaked, acid-infused 'People Are Beautiful' on Beatservice Records. Fresh off a run of key collaborations with Anders Hajem on Boring Crew Records and Steve Cobby of Fila Brazillia fame on UK cornerstone label Paper Recordings, he is back on the Norwegian label that’s been flying his flag since his beginning.
'People Are Beautiful' is a blissful, breakbeat-laden creation that is part coastal cruiser, and part club groover. Powered by a commanding bass synth, crisp drums and dusty breakbeat fills, a bouncing synth line and uplifting vocal sample add a splash of summer to the proceedings. Basking in the warmth of those welcoming rays, the track breaks down into a swell of euphoric vocals and sweeping pads, before building into a looped-up, acid-crunched climax. The tasty acid infusion propels it into the stratosphere, as the full force of the track comes back in and elevates your mind to another dimension.
