The Third Avenue Bridge connects East Harlem, Manhattan to the South Bronx in the neighborhood of Port Morris. From there, the thoroughfare treks northward roughly 4.5 miles to its terminus at Fordham Manor. Along the way, it passes through Mott Haven, Melrose, Morrisania, Claremont Village, Claremont, Claremont, East Tremont and Belmont.
