Hanuman Mantra and Narishima Mantra - internal cleansing with Vedic herbs - Back to eden is a good herb book - I had the same symptoms for about 7 years - I moved away- far away from friends and family to heal- I think it was black magic. But I remember playing the narishima mantra and the hanuman mantra together and I felt something jump from my stomach- as if the spirit lifted- I sometimes go to these 7-11's where the Indians are and the spirits are removed- my body feels lifted, but they come back so I know someone has sent these spirits to attack me to use my spirit- but prayer is very good- It's good to bathe in Vedic herbs too- sometimes I use castor oil and drink it. But there are many trial and errors, as I'm not a doctor, I just had same symptoms and I was able to heal myself through trial and success.
