Hanuman Mantra and Narishima Mantra - internal cleansing with Vedic herbs - Back to eden is a good herb book - I had the same symptoms for about 7 years - I moved away- far away from friends and family to heal- I think it was black magic. But I remember playing the narishima mantra and the hanuman mantra together and I felt something jump from my stomach- as if the spirit lifted- I sometimes go to these 7-11's where the Indians are and the spirits are removed- my body feels lifted, but they come back so I know someone has sent these spirits to attack me to use my spirit- but prayer is very good- It's good to bathe in Vedic herbs too- sometimes I use castor oil and drink it. But there are many trial and errors, as I'm not a doctor, I just had same symptoms and I was able to heal myself through trial and success. Dear Dhyaanguruji, I am getting pain in head and near third eye after listening few times. Is this normal as I just started..???

If your head hurts it's because you might be doing unhealthy things like drinking alcohol, drinking fluoride water or even eating meat. Look I'm not perfect I still need to learn how to do nofap but then I'm all set try and reduce any pineal gland calcifing habits.

Only Shiva has the ability to open third eye and see through it. We can only feel it by the manifestations of enhanced Intuitions and better decisions in Life ! You can chant or listen, whatever helps you connect with divine !

Meditation is not MAGIC ! It is an Awareness about ourselves and our Inner powers. Anybody can falsify you into opening 3rd eye if that is what you wish for. 3rd eye is a psychological manifestation, not physical. You will not develop a 3rd eye on your forehead one day ! Hope this helps !
