I’ve been using this to meditate daily i am wondering if anyone has an answer to why i get extreme full body chills as soon as she starts speaking through light language i have my guesses of course but could this mean something deeper i mean they are so intense they go up into my face even. This meditation makes me feel so out of my body almost like im going somewhere else and then when im done i stay in that energy for a long time. Thank you🪷
