@@jootpepet I hear ya, they definitely had success, but when people talk about the great rock bands that came out of that era.... Third Eye Blind tends to get left out. Even more so, they’re thought of as a one, maybe two hit wonder with Jumper and Semi Charmed Life. There deeper cuts are where they shine in my opinion.

The truth is it is a music business. That is why it is called the music business. When you apply for a job the first questions you ask are what will your position/role be and what is the pay/benefits etc. To whine years later and plead ignorance that you did not know your status or pay is absurd. Cadogan did not know his role or pay for 4 years. That is just stupid, naive, or both on Cadogan's part.Read your contract. Have a lawyer read it. Your dealing with millions of dollars. Pay a lawyer to explain it to you.This situation is typical of every band in existence. Haters of Jenkins like to act as if he has did something unusual. Everything he did was legal,smart and good business. Their is way more to the story than the public knows! Jenkins is obviously the force behind his business/band.
